Delivery lead time

The delivery time depends on the availability of the ordered products and the chosen method of transportation. Standard delivery times are:

  • Products available in stock: shipping within 2-5 business days.
  • Custom-made products: shipping within 4-10 weeks (details provided on the product page).
    After the order is shipped, the customer will be informed about the planned delivery date.

Delivery costs

The delivery cost depends on the type of order, its weight and dimensions, and the chosen method of transportation. Delivery prices are always clearly specified at the order finalization stage.

  • Free delivery - for selected orders above X amount, applicable within the territory of Poland.

Delivery to the specified address
On the day of delivery, the courier or transport company will deliver the furniture to the specified address, and if you selected the carrying option, our staff will assist in placing it in the designated location.

What to do in case of a damaged shipment?

We ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition, however, if you notice any damage to the packaging or contents, please:

  • Damage report preparation in the presence of the courier or delivery person.
  • Taking photos of damages and packaging.
  • Contacting us for the purpose of filing a complaint.
