Changed your mind about a furniture piece you bought online?
We will be happy to accept the item back for a refund if it's unused and in resaleable condition.
You have the right to return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Your return will be processed, and refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your return.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened, include the original product packaging. We can't process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.

COMPLAINTS: (CLAIMS)
While we do our utmost to supply high-quality products with a long service life, it sometimes happens that a product needs to be returned during its guarantee period due to various manufacturing or other defects.
If you would like to file a claim, please follow these few simple steps:

2. Please provide a description of the defect (please attach photos of the product to your application), along with the proof of purchase,
3. We will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
Once we acknowledge a claim, we will either:
· repair, exchange or partially refund the goods to you according to the valid conditions for returning them,
· we will get back to you with an answer within 14 days of filing a complaint.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS:
1. According to our General Terms and Conditions we do not accept any goods exchange.
2. If you have received an item that does not seem like the item you have ordered please contact our Customer Service – we will immediately arrange the pickup and its exchange.
3. We do not accept packages sent to us that need to be paid for with cash on delivery.
