Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions. Before calling our Customer Service, please read through the below article – most likely you will find an answer you are looking for right here.
1. How should one establish the side of a corner sofa ?
You can confirm the side of the sofa by looking at a yellow picture down below. This picture shows a left handed sofa and a right handed sofa. You should choose the side of the sofa while standing in front of it and facing it. The picture below corresponds directly to all of our L shaped corner sofas. Side of a U shaped corner sofa can be established individually each time you’d like to order it.
2. Is it possible to have my order delivered with carrying it in/ an upstairs delivery ?
Unfortunately, no. An upstairs delivery is an individual matter that can be agreed on with our driver.
Delivery man can definitely help you carry the item inside but it is not his duty or obligation to help you.
3. How can I return my order ?
If you changed your mind about an order you’ve made, you have a right to return it within 14 days from its delivery date (item has to be brand new, in its original packaging and ordered out of our general offer – we can not accept a return of an item that have been made under an individual order of our customer) . Please contact our Customer Service via email or via phone call. We will be more than happy to help you to take care of this matter efficiently and without a fuss.
4. What if my order have been delivered damaged ?
If during delivery you’ve noticed that your item has been delivered damaged please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Delivery man is also there to help you and fill out the damaged goods report.
If an order has been collected at the time of delivery without any comments or concerns and without filling out a damaged goods report, damages created during shipment won’t be taken under consideration.
It is our customers duty to check the items upon receipt and during its delivery in the presence of the delivery man.
5. How can I choose color and fabric ?
There’s two possible ways for you to choose color and fabric:

You can also contact our Customer Service via email or phone – we can help you with a selection of colors and fabrics.
6. What is the time of delivery ?
Time of delivery depends strictly on type and model of ordered articles – the average delivery time is 2-8 weeks. This period can be extended due to personal changes with and order, ie. Rare type of fabric which was not available in our basic offer and needed to be ordered from the manufacturer.
This time is an estimated time of delivery - it also depends on the season of the year during which you have placed the order.
We also have a wide range of furniture available in stock. All you need to do is contact us directly and we will present you our current offer.
7. Which fabric is most suitable for pet owners and parents of young children ?
If you are a lucky pet owner our employees recommend fabrics from our lead manufacturer – DAVIS (Letto, Solar, Terra) – they will come in handy even when there is a lot of fur around.
If your children love to spend time wherever you are planning to place your furniture and you are worried about its durability, please reach out to us via email or phone. We would be happy to help you and advise on which fabric you should choose.

8. Is there a possibility to send me some fabric samples ?
Would you like to see the materials you like with your own eyes ? No problem. Contact us and let us know what you are interested in and we will send you some samples if we have them in stock.
The cost of such service is 40 PLN (according to the currency – 10 EUR or 10 GBP).
The cost mentioned above is an advanced payment for your future order. We will reduce the total order amount by the above amount.
9. Is it possible to make something upon special request ?
In this case it all depends on what would it be.
We are able to make minor changes in your order, specified by you. However, we do not manufacture furniture from scratch.
